The Radeon Pro W6800X features 60 compute units and 3840 stream processors with 2087MHz clock speed. As part of the configuration options for the Mac Pro, the GPU along with 32GB of GDDR6 memory is offered at an additional RM 9,600, whereas opting for two W6800X cards (each with 32GB GDDR6) will set you an additional RM 20,800. If bought as a standalone module, the card is priced at RM 11,200.
Next up is the Radeon Pro W6800X Duo, which is essentially two W6800X GPUs fitted on the same board. Unlike the dual card combo mentioned earlier, the Duo connects the two GPUs together via AMD Infinity Fabric Link, which enables for a bandwidth of 84GB/s in each direction and a combined video memory capacity of 64GB GDDR6. The W6800X Duo is sold at an additional RM 18,400 to your Mac Pro configuration and if you’re feeling exceptionally spicy, there’s also a dual W6800X Duo option for an additional RM 38,400. The single module standalone, on the other hand, is priced at RM 20,000.
Lastly, we have the beefier Radeon Pro W6900X. This GPU comes with 80 compute units, 5120 stream processors, a boost clock speed of 2171MHz, and 32GB of GDDR6 video memory. Much like the earlier models, the W6900X can be configured together with a Mac Pro as a single module for an additional RM 22,400, or as a dual card setup at an additional RM 46,400. As a standalone module, the GPU is priced at RM 24,000.
All of these GPUs use Apple’s proprietary MPX module design, and each also comes with four Thunderbolt 3 ports and one HDMI 2.0 port on their backs. They can also support the two existing Thunderbolt 3 ports that are situated on top of the Mac Pro.
