But how exactly did Strange travel through time? In a recent interview with Wired, Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo were asked that exact question. As one might expect, the Russo brothers compared the events of Infinity War with what happened during the climactic scene of Doctor Strange which sees the Sorcerer Supreme go up against Dormammu.
Joe Russo: He has to physically review all of these scenarios and die in them and right before he dies, he has to reset it as we saw at the end of Doctor Strange, and do it again, taking copious notes each time he does it. Avengers: Endgame is now available to purchase on Blu-ray and digital form.
