The video game publisher made the announcement through its official Twitter account, naming off several of its triple-A titles for the PC platform. These titles include RAGE 2, Wolfenstein: Youngblood, Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot, and DOOM Eternal. Additionally, it also said that it will be bringing Fallout: 76 to Steam later this year.

Offering game developers 88% of all revenue earned, while only taking 12% of the profits for itself. For context, Valve’s cut is set at 30% of all games sold, but only 20% should a game’s sales figure exceed US$50 million (~RM203 million). Clearly, Epic Games’ enticing offer worked, and several game publishers – indie and major – began flocking over to the platform. Promising Epic Games to sell their game on their stores, either exclusively or as a time exclusive.
Such is the case of Deep Silver and its triple-A title, Metro Exodus, who decidedly pull the title off Steam at the 11th hour, and in turn, earning the ire of several Steam users who had pre-ordered the game many months prior. (Source: Bethesda via Twitter, Techspot)
