Designed to alleviate overheating while gaming, the FunCooler Pro is an accessory that can be attached to the back of any smartphone, and not just the Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro. Internally, the cooler houses a seven-bladed fan that spins at a speed of 6200 RPM. Along with a semiconductor refrigeration chip that makes uses of thermoelectric effects to help cool the phone down. On paper, the device is capable of reducing the temperature of a phone running PUBG Mobile by 19°C, while also dropping the heat off the edges by 10°C. Further, the FunCooler Pro is also relatively silently, achieving a maximum of 34dB while spinning at full speed.
The FunCooler Pro will go on sale in Malaysia starting 24 March, and will be exclusively sold via Shopee. Price-wise, the accessory will retail for RM199, in conjunction with the online retailer’s Shopee Brands Festival that is currently taking place and will conclude on 4 April. (Source: Shopee)
