NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX series graphics cards first launched during Gamescom 2018 last year, followed by the release of its mid-range RTX 2060 graphics card earlier this year during CES 2019. The cards are the first of its kind to perform real-time ray-tracing, and even come with the appropriate RT Cores and Tensor Cores baked into them.
ASUS says that there are no special prerequisites to purchasing either card, and all PC stores will be required to sell the listed cards at the discounted prices. As an extra added bonus, purchasing any of these cards will automatically make the consumer eligible for ASUS’ 30th anniversary campaign.
