As per most fitness trackers out there, the Honor Band 3 is able to keep track activities such as steps, distance, and calories burned. In addition to those activities, it can also be used to monitor sleep durations and patterns which are subsequently used to provide insights to users regarding the quality of their sleep.

Equipped with a PMOLED display, the Honor Band 3 can also be used for swimming through its custom swim mode as well as with its capability to withstand water depth of as low as 50 meters. While it is not equipped with its own GPS, the fitness tracker still can be used for running as it can be linked to a smartphone in order to gain GPS capability. Also equipped with a heart rate monitor, Honor claimed that the tracker has a battery life of up to 30 days. Priced at RM 119, the Honor Band 3 will be made available in Malaysia starting from 15 October onwards and can also be obtained for free when you purchase an Honor 8X.
