The Huawei Vision X65 features a 65-inch self-illuminating 4K OLED panel with a high screen ratio. Its TUV Rheinland certified screen supports HDR peak brightness of 1000nit, a wide colour gamut, and a 1ms response time coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate. The TV itself is ultra-thin, coming in at only 24.99mm thick.

Featuring Huawei’s Honghu 898 chipset, the smart TV’s display uses advanced multi-channel sensors to adjust the screen’s colour and speed. It also allows the screen to adapt to ambient light, which helps improve image quality. In the audio department, the X65 is equipped with a total of 14 speakers with 75W output, which comes with 5.1 channels and a distributed 3D smart sound field. The smart TV can also detect spatial structure by emitting sound waves, allowing it to establish a virtual sound field model in order to provide a high-quality sound experience.

Huawei also introduces a new pop-up camera on the Vision X65 for video calls and gesture controls. It comprises a 24MP ultra-wide-angle camera powered by the HiSilicon Hi83559 chip, which features AI support for recognising gestures.

The Huawei Vision X65 smart TV will be on sale in China on 26 April, and is priced at CNY24,999 (~RM15,358). The company has not revealed plans for a global release at this time. (Source: GizChina)
