The company explains that when the button is clicked on, customers will then be redirected to confirm their food purchases via their preferred delivery platform. Similarly, the same applies to the ‘Order Food’ sticker which is attached to a vendor’s Instagram Stories post. They added that these new features are launched in collaboration with Grab and FoodPanda delivery services. To include this new function, business account users can activate the ‘Order Food’ button on their profile by adding their respective delivery partner link in Settings, under the Action Buttons. Meanwhile, the sticker can be placed on their Instagram Stories by selecting it from the Stories tray before posting.  Additionally, users can also reshare the stickers in their own Stories as a gesture to support these businesses. These new functions would definitely help local food businesses to gain a larger audience, especially during the Ramadan month and the ongoing MCO period.
