When it was announced, the iMac came in two base models. One of them was the 21.5-inch model with a Retina 4K display. The other one is the 27-inch model with a Retina 5K display. This is the one we have here so we’ll talk a little more about this one instead. In terms of specs, the 27-inch iMac starts with an 8th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, an AMD Radeon Pro 570X GPU, 8GB of DDR4 RAM and a 1TB Fusion Drive. On the other end of the spec sheet is a 9th Gen Intel Core i9 processor, an AMD Radeon Pro Vega 48 GPU, 64G of DDR4 RAM and a 2TB SSD. As for its price, the 27-inch iMac with the Retina 5K display ranges between RM7699 and RM22779, depending on its innards. The model featured in the video sits somewhere in between the two extremes.
