That is because the new GeForce RTX R.O.N is not a graphics card. Instead, it is an AI-powered personal assistant that interacts with users via hologram. Capable of speaking in 18 languages, R.O.N is apparently designed to elevate your PC gaming experience. According to NVIDIA, R.O.N can coach you through your gameplay and keep you updated on everything happening in the gaming world. It is also able to create and projects 3D AR display of maps, levels, and data.

R.O.N can also manage your anger issues with its new adaptive RageConverter technology. The feature can detect and translate any foul language into supportive messages which could help improve your relationship and performance with your teammates. More importantly, it could keep you away from the ban hammer. Aside from that, R.O.N can help you get back at haters with its TrollDestroyer functionality. This particular feature is capable of participating in an online argument in your place, with a limitless supply of arguments that are being backed up with information from the internet. Last but not least, R.O.N also comes with TalkBlock which would help get rid of unwanted distractions from the real world, so that you can game in peace. If you think that these features are too good to be true…well, you are right. This is clearly an elaborate April Fools’ joke from NVIDIA which is something that the company has done for the past few years. Then again, NVIDIA has previously turned one of its April Fools’ gags into an actual product (sort of), so it is not known for now whether the company would do the same for R.O.N or otherwise.
