The proposed bill is titled “The Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill, 2021”, which will be presented during the Winter Session of parliament that’s set to start on 29 November, according to a parliamentary bulletin. A meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 13 reached a consensus to stop “attempts to mislead the youth through over-promising and non-transparent advertising”. The bill was actually listed for the Monsoon Session of parliament back in July, but was not introduced to avoid further confrontation with the opposition amid allegations of the Indian government’s use of the Pegasus spyware....

Igo’s Lab conducted their tests in collaboration with MIFCOM, a system integrator based in Munich, Germany, and tested a total of 480 Intel Raptor Lake processors, and then proceeded to publish the binning data on the silicon quality of each CPU tier. For the uninitiated, binning is basically a term vendor use to categorise components, including CPUs, GPUs (aka graphics cards), or RAM kits, by quality and performance. In the case of Igor’s Lab, the tech publication found that the Core i9 models contained the best silicon out of the entire 13th Gen K-Series CPUs, and that the 13900KF SKU was the best of the lot when it came to the business of overclocking....

As per a report by Techspot, the upcoming 9th generation H-Series series of CPUs will include two Core i9s, two Core i7s, and two Core i5 processors. At the higher of the spectrum, the top-of-the-line Core i9-9980HK CPU will be packing an 8-cores, 16-threads die layout. Along with a factory boost clock speed of 5GHz and 16MB L3 cache. There’s also the Core i9-9880H; that CPU sports the same number of cores and L3 cache size as the Core i9-9980HK, but has a slightly lower boost clock speed at 4....

To that end, this review isn’t going to be a long one, seeing that its focus will not be on the laptop itself. With that, let’s get cracking. Specifications Before we begin, I think it is imperative that I point out once more that this review will be focused on both the 12900HK and RTX 3080 Ti specifically, and not the laptop as a whole. According to TechSpot, the JBL Tour Pro 2 has a 1.45-inch LED touchscreen display on the front of the charging case. The idea behind this is so that you get another method of simplified music navigation and toggling of features like ANC and ambient mode. This is in addition to very smartwatch-like features such as viewing messages and notifications, as well as a clock and battery indicator for the case and both buds....

Deputy minister Datuk Rosol Wahid said that online merchants will be subject to conditions via the new licence, which would enable consumers to make online purchases without worrying about the legitimacy and reputation of sellers. The first teaser reveals that the upcoming Lenovo Legion smartphone will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. Unsurprisingly, this also indicates that the device will be 5G enabled. The second teaser did not reveal any specifications, but suggests that the Lenovo phone will have a running score of more than 600,000. This is referring to the recent AnTuTu score given to the Xiaomi Mi 10, which also features a Snapdragon 865....

According to an announcement sent to the press, Maybank says that it will fully migrate to Secure2u by June of 2023. This extends also to authenticating the opening of new accounts, as well as changing of account settings and personal information, in addition to approving online transactions and fund transfers. Additionally, Maybank also states that it currently only allows users to have a single device handle Secure2u authentications. In the event that a new device is registered, users will be sent notifications to the effect via SMS, email and push notifications....

Interesting enough, the 700MHz and 3.5GHz (specifically 3.4GHhz to 3.6GHz) bands will be allocated to one particular consortium that consisted of multiple companies, instead of awarding them to individual companies. MCMC believes that this approach will lead to better optimization of costs, infrastructure, and resources. For starters, 2x30MHz of 700MHz and 100MHz of 3.5GHz will be available through tender process in Q1 2020 while the rest will be assigned later....
