Digitimes reports that Chung Hsiang-wei, chief commercial officer of realme Taiwan, said that the company plans to tap into the wearbles and true wireless headset market in the future. This is part of the company’s goal to build its own ecosystem of products. It also wants to be completely independent of its sister company, OPPO. As it is now, realme shares a lot of resources with OPPO. The former even uses the latter’s ColorOS, with slight changes....

As reported last month, the new realme Watch S features a circular 1.3-inch screen with a resolution of 360 X 360 pixels, along with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and a body made of aluminum alloy. Even on the outside, the realme X2 Pro comes with premium components. The 6.5-inch Full HD+ display supports up to 90Hz of refresh rate. Underneath it is a fingerprint sensor. On the inside, it comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus. This makes it the first device from the brand to use an 800 series chipset. Called Phonos, it is essentially a phone holder that is designed to passively amplify the sound output from a smartphone. By passive, we meant that the holder does not require any power input whatsoever to perform its job and just relies on its functional physical design. Industry sources at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 have shared with us details of the two phones, which included prices in Ringgit Malaysia. WinFuture reports that among the features of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are what is called “Intelligent Active Noise Cancellation”. Which sounds like just another fancy name for ANC tech, but according to the report, this tech is able to suppress “even the loudest ambient noise”. That’s a pretty bold claim, and one that’s desperately asking to be tested.
