The PlayStation 2’s Legacy The PS2 was an advanced video game console when it was released back then. Besides offering better hardware performance than its predecessor, it also featured backward-compatibility that allowed it to play PS1 games with some graphics enhancements. Additionally, it was the first console to feature online connectivity and expandable internal storage, which were sold separately as modules later on. Throughout its lifetime, the PS2 had brought us major hits such as the Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Grand Theft Auto 3, Final Fantasy X, Silent Hill 2, and more....

Personally, I’m a huge fan of the Star Wars franchise. I even have a small soft spot for George Lucas’ hilariously bad prequel trilogy but what Disney has done with the franchise has serious ramifications. Which if not properly fixed will lead to the franchise’s eventual extinction from cultural relevance. Brand Recognition Over Bold Reinvention After 2005’s Revenge of the Sith brought the story of Anakin Skywalker’s descent into darkness and return to the light full circle, Lucas began lending out his property to a multitude of studios, artists and creatives....

However, THR reports that the Sci-Fi franchise about highly intelligent apes taking over the world is indeed in the works at Disney. Per THR: The Apes are back. Fox has brought on Wes Ball, the filmmaker behind the popular Maze Runner film series, to develop and direct a new Planet of the Apes feature, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. The move makes Apes one of the first historically significant Fox titles to get the redevelopment treatment since Disney’s acquisition of the storied studio....

Modern cars, especially Electric Vehicles (EV), rely on software to power their onboard infotainment systems. Epic believes that its Unreal Engine is a great platform for building the software thanks to its visual performance and technological advancements. According to PC Gamer, FSR will be available for the games that support the upscaling feature but more importantly, Valve aims for the technology to be available across the board for all titles, even if they do not natively support it. As a quick primer, AMD’s FSR renders a game at a lower resolution and then proceeds to upscale it to the set resolution of the output. By doing this, gamers are able to enjoy the game at higher framerates, compared to running it at its native resolution, albeit at some cost of in-game details....
