Building upon its recently announced Tiger Lake mobile CPUs, the new 11th generation Core CPUs are built with Intel’s 10nm process node, and feature up to four cores and eight threads at its highest-tier Core i7 SKU. Additionally, the lineup is also available in configurable thermal design points of 12W, 15W, and 28W. Unsurprisingly, the new 11th generation Core CPUs also comes with the brand’s new Iris Xe integrated graphics with 96 graphics execution units (EU)....

According to multiple reports within Russia, Intel has begun allowing its driver and software downloads to resume in the country. Intel has said that there have been no recent changes to its operations and that this includes its compliance with the sanctions and export controls against Russia and its ally, Belarus. However, the quiet allowance for its driver updates includes resources like Intel Download Centre and Down Support Assistant (IDSA), all part of the chipmaker’s obligation to honour its warranty....

The main event itself will be held from 22 to 24 June. Before that though, there will be qualifiers for both games, with a number of differences in structure. For Street Fighter V, contestants from 12 pre-selected countries will have to first go through their own respective national qualifiers. Those who are from countries outside of the 12 will have to fight for spots in the regional qualifiers instead. Participants who make it through those stages will then head to Katowice, Poland for the final qualifier event....

According to The Verge, the Smart HDR feature present on both phones essentially chose the wrong base frame for HDR processing. So, whenever iPhone XS or XR users took selfies, the camera would sometimes opt to capture the moment with a longer shutter speed. Instead of appropriating a shorter shutter speed to capture more details. Another reason for this phenomenon is the lack of OIS on the front-facing camera, which results in a loss of detail when combined with the long shutter speed quirk....

Bloomberg reports that while Apple intends to push iOS 16 out in September as the company usually does, iPadOS 16 will have to wait until October. This delay is partly due to the needing more time to work on iPad’s multitasking capabilities, specifically the Stage Manager feature. This was among the highlights of the new tablet operating system, alongside macOS Ventura, when it was first revealed a couple of months ago....

According to a report by Nikkei, the “post-5G” tech that will achieve speeds of up to 10 times faster than 5G. Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will set up a government-civilian research society to that end. It will be led by the University of Tokyo Goshinjin, with additional input by relevant people from Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) and Toshiba. Of course, Japan is not the first country to have announced research into 6G....

Who would’ve thought, though, that some of the inspiration for that scene would come from another superhero death scene that happened two years prior? I am of course referring to the heart-crushing death of Wolverine in James Mangold’s masterpiece, Logan. In an interview with Empire, Marvel honcho Kevin Feige talked about his experience watching the climactic scene in Logan. Feige also explained why it was extremely vital for the filmmakers involved that Tony Stark died....

Throughout most of the pandemic, KTMB had periodically reduced ETS routes and until recently, only operated the service between KL and Ipoh. Now, Malaysians can purchase tickets to go anywhere between Gemas and Padang Besar, just as before. The Intercity trains in Johor, which travel between Gemas and JB Sentral, will also be resuming operations on Thursday. Although most people will be elated by the resumption of ETS, one caveat is that most of the routes are scheduled with only one journey per day, except for the KL Sentral-Ipoh route which has two daily trips....

What is surprising is Google’s decision to make the newest Android Q beta to its first Google Pixel device, especially since the phone – as pointed out by The Verge – it’s last major update was supposed to be Android 9 Pie. Unsurprisingly, the beta will be available to the Pixel 2 and Pixel 3 smartphone series. As for the 15 other non-Pixel devices, the full list of these phones are as listed below:...

Going in that order, we have the Lenovo Legion K500 RGB Mechanical Keyboard. It’s a full-sized keyboard with a detachable wrist rest. At a glance, it’s plain to see that the keyboard has got a few media shortcut keys at the top, but it doesn’t look like there are any dedicated macro keys. The regular keys themselves have RGB backlighting, anti-ghosting and 104-key rollover. Lenovo says that the K500 uses red switches, but it is still unknown as to what brand the key switches belong to....

The ThinkVision M14 features a 14-inch 300 nit Full HD display (1920 x 1080) measuring in at only 4.6mm thickness. The form factor of the display made it highly portable, weighing in at under 600g and comes with a protective cover for easy transport. The display does not have a built-in battery, it will draw power from the source device. There are two USB-C ports located at either side of the display that features power pass through when connected to AC power....

According to the company, LG Velvet will be the first device to implement its new branding strategy for its mobile devices. This new concept will also see the brand move away from alphanumerical designations in favour of “familiar and expressive” names. LG adds that the name “Velvet” is intended to “evoke images of lustrous smoothness and premium softness”, the two key characteristics that the upcoming phone is emphasising on....

Shared by website FrontPage Tech (via GSMArena), these images showcase the front and rear design of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which seemingly confirms OnLeaks’ renders to a certain degree. As per this new image set, the phone is shown to feature a Samsung Galaxy Note-like look – complete with a curved display, a frame with sharp corners, and an S-Pen integrated on its bottom left. The website did not mention if these photos were supplied by an external source, or if it had somehow secured a preview unit of the Galaxy S22 Ultra....

The software can be enabled via the Logitech G HUB gaming software and features a suit of real-time microphone effects. Enabling gamers to project clearer sound and concise voice communication. Specs-wise, the PRO X weighs in at 320G and is designed primarily for PC gamers (sorry, console gamers)....

As mentioned before, the MacBook Air M1 has a starting price for RM 4399 in Malaysia. For that price tag, the laptop comes with 8GB unified memory, 7-core GPU, and 256GB solid state drive while customers can also choose to obtain up to 16GB unified memory, 8-core GPU, and 2TB which would maxed-out its price to RM 8599. Meanwhile, the M1 chip on the 13-inch MacBook Pro comes with 8-core GPU as standard....

According to its website, the 8TB SSD Kit for Mac Pro 2019 is priced at RM 11200. As a comparison, the 8TB option costs an additional RM 10400 if you choose to install it into your unit at the point of purchase. Since the Mac Pro 2019 can be configured with an SSD as small as 256GB, it is not surprising that the SSD Kit for Mac Pro can also be obtained in other sizes including 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB....
