This information comes by way of a slide posted online by Gamer.com.tw. As pointed out by Videocardz, it’s also several months old since the B450 chipset and AMD’s Athlon 200GE series are still listed. Even more interesting is that the slide suggests that AMD intends to launch the motherboard at Computex 2019 next year. That’s still a little more than half a year away, with the Taiwanese expected to commence between the usual months of May and June.

Again, it’s been several months since the slide seen here was posted, and it’s both highly possible and likely that AMD has already made some changes to the chipset on a micro – if not manufacturing – level. That said, the company did recently launch its Radeon Instinct MI60 GPU accelerator and 7nm EPYC CPUs last month. Both of which are capable of supporting the new PCIe 4.0 standard. Until then, we do suggest that you take this news with a large pinch of salt. At least, until the supposedly Computex 2019 announcement. (Source: Videocardz, Hot Hardware)
