Senior Minister (Security Cluster), Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that the government will allow blood donors to head to hospitals and health clinics. That said, there’s still only a time window when this is permissible. This is between the hours of 10AM and 10PM.

The National Blood Centre has requested that it be allowed to operate, and that people be allowed to donate, which resulted in the announcement.
